Cherry Tree Walk follows the 5 kilometre-long Mittagong Rivulet Reserve and is a lovely spot to have a picnic at or stroll along the pathway.
Cherry Tree Walk is a beautiful child and dog friendly walk in Bowral. It consists of a walking/bike track beside the Mittagong Rivulet and 526 cherry trees have been planted, dedicated to each and every soldier who died during the Vietnam War. The walk is particularly attractive in spring when the cherry trees are in flower. Incorporated into the design of the War Memorial has been a Monument, inscribed with the names of the Australians who gave their lives in the service of their country.
The walk commences at the Settlers Park entrance to the Reserve, at the foot of Mt Gibraltar, Bowral.
