Simply Fitness have designed a special yoga class, specifically with the teen in mind. This 10 week course will introduce or enhance the practice of yoga, go through poses to help flexibility and strength whilst providing a safe space to help relax and unwind. Yoga is a great as a stand alone activity or to compliment other sports. No experience necessary. Open to girls and boys aged 12 ish to 18 ish!
