Monday Yoga and Boxing Classes
Simply Fitness have a range of classes to help you get to your health and fitness goals. Monday's classes are: Yoga - 9.30am to 10.30am Yoga is a gathering of physical, mental, and profound practices which started in old India. Yoga is one of the six standard schools of Hindu philosophical customs and combines breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. And in today’s busy world who doesn’t need a bit of time out and ‘centering’. This one-hour class will focus on improved posture, increased flexibility and modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. Boxing - 6.30pm to 7.30pm This is a favourite class of many of our clients from the young to the old, from the beginner to the more seasoned exerciser. It combines a varied mix of cardio training, strength work as well as giving the core a good work out too! Ideal for either beginners or seasoned exerciser, this self-paced workout allows for all moves and exercises to be scaled according to fitness and ability.
