Breakfast in the Bush

Wirrimbirra is a sanctuary run entirely by volunteers who are dedicated to the preservation and conservation of Australia's unique flora and fauna. It has over 200 acres of preserved native bushland - the unique flora of the remaining part of the area known as the 'Bargo Brush' in colonial times, but known and frequented much longer by the traditional aboriginal peoples, including the Dharawal. Wirrimbirra are offering you a chance to experience this beautiful natural environment with their Breakfast in the Bush event. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in their wonderful bushland setting and watch the birds as they start the day. Have a walk through our fauna area, bush trail or purchase a plant at the native nursery. 9:00am -11:00am 1st Sunday of the month Wirrimbirra Sanctuary 3105 Remembrance Drive, Bargo Cost: $10.00 per person
