Innovative Activities in Nature

Our Wildfest brand started as a festival 4 years ago and now offers premium events all year.  We mix local produce, culinary artisans, award winning regional beverages with accessible luxury adding whimsical touches in unique natural environments to craft truly exceptional events. And as nature is exciting, rugged, beautiful, untamed and unpredictable, so too are our experiences.

Whatever your passion from heart racing adventures, soul fuelled explorations, outdoor wild food feasting or the calm quiet of sleeping under the stars, let us show you our region like never before.

Local Stories

Tasting local produce and cool climate wines is just the beginning of our regional food trails.

The Highland Valley Forage is an introduction to the menu of the Highlands, Shoalhaven and Coast South of Sydney. From foraged indigenous herbs & spices, wild mushrooms, truffles, lovingly farmed produce to sustainably reared animals and small batch artisan products, our region offers a diverse range of produce. Dine where our menu originates, in nature, the start of our food story.

Wander the Wingecarribee takes a heritage approach and tells the story of Berrima through a historical menu and the tales that shaped this Georgian Village.
